SHIPPING

It takes between 2-5 business days once it'll dispatch (not including weekends and national holidays). We need 1-2 days to prepare & dispatch your package. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with our shipping partner. The investigation to locate your package may take up to two weeks.

RETURN

We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
