Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

If you are reading this policy, we understand something may not have gone as expected. We regret the inconvenience, and assure you that the process below is transparent, fair, and designed for your comfort.
1. General Statement
1.1. Paradyse Perfumes sells products that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories.
1.2. As per industry norms, fragrances (perfumes, attars, mists) are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
1.3. However, as a customer-first initiative, Paradyse Perfumes offers a 3-Day Return Policy, which is exceptionally rare in the fragrance industry.
2. 3-Day Return Policy (Special Allowance)
2.1. A return request may be raised within 3 days of delivery.
2.2. To qualify for return eligibility, the following conditions must be met:
a. Only 1–2 sprays may be used strictly for testing.
b. Product must remain in original condition.
c. The perfume level must be almost full.
d. The original box, cap, labels and packaging must be intact.
e. There must be no leakage, damage, or tampering.
2.3. Returns failing to meet the above conditions will be declined.
3. Shipping Deduction for Approved Returns
3.1. For approved return cases (excluding damage/defect claims), the following logistics charges shall be deducted:

3.2. These charges cover forward shipping costs already incurred on the order.
4. Damage, Defect, Wrong Item or Missing Item - Replacement Policy
4.1. A free replacement will be provided if the product is delivered in any of the following conditions:
a. Damaged
b. Broken
c. Leaking
d. Incorrect item delivered
e. Missing items
f. Tampered or suspicious packaging
4.2. Mandatory Evidence Requirement:
A full, continuous unboxing video is required, showing:
a. The sealed parcel from all sides
b. The complete opening process
c. The visible issue in a clear manner
d. No cuts, edits, or transitions in the video
4.3. Time Limit:
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4.4. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted, as courier partners reject such cases.
5. Customer-Side Shipping Liability
5.1. Forward and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer if the order returns due to:
a. Incorrect or incomplete address provided
b. Wrong pincode entered
c. Missing or unreachable contact number
d. Customer not available at delivery
e. Refusal to accept the parcel
5.2. Both shipping charges must be paid before reshipping or refund processing (if eligible).
6. Refund Process
6.1. After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund shall be processed within 7 business days.
6.2. The refund shall be credited to the original payment method.
6.3. Bank/UPI/card processing timelines may vary.
6.4. If the refund does not reflect within 15 business days from approval, the customer must contact us.
7. Refund for Failed Transactions
7.1. If an online payment fails but the amount is deducted, the refund is automatically initiated by the bank/payment gateway.
7.2. Such refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect.
7.3. This timeline is controlled by the customer’s bank and not by Paradyse Perfumes.
8. Partial Returns
8.1. For multi-product orders, return deductions shall be calculated based on the original total order value, not the value of the returned item.
9. Order Cancellation
9.1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
9.2. Pre-dispatch cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier.
10. Serviceability
10.1. Paradyse Perfumes currently ships and accepts returns within India only.
11. Right to Decline Requests
11.1. Paradyse Perfumes reserves the right to decline any return or replacement if:
a. The request is raised after the specified time period
b. Usage exceeds 1–2 sprays
c. No unboxing video is provided for damage/defect claims
d. Perfume level is significantly reduced
e. Packaging is missing, damaged, or tampered
f. Product is altered or mishandled
g. There is repeated misuse of policies
